The core business of the Company is to provide business solutions to local government institutions in order to improve service delivery. We want to ensure that municipalities deliver services in a sustainable, efficient and cost effective manner.
The company also provide strategic support to the local government institutions for sustainable development and promotion of partnerships within the sector through joint venture/consortiums and the provision of services to various national departments, donor agencies, municipalities, and communities.
The Company was established in 2005 and registered in January 2008. The main interest of the company is institutional support to local government with particular emphasis on delivery of services. This includes regulating and building capacity for the implementation of partnerships. Although the company is newly established, its directors have vast experience in the organisational development (OD), capacity building, programme management, programme evaluation, policy development, development of regulations, water sector institutional arrangements, water cycle management and challenges thereof since 1992.
